The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for the effective operation of information technology (IT) services and support across the organization. The IT Specialist serves as a technical expert for the development, implementation, management, and support of systems. The IT specialist plans and carries out exciting, complex assignments and develops new methods and approaches in a wide variety of IT specialties. They evaluate new and enhanced approaches to deliver IT services; test and optimize the functionality of systems, and data; and define technical requirements.
Description of Activities Details of the activities.
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
Implement security measures.
Offer technical support to the company.
Consulting with clients and departments to estimate IT and business issues.
Preparing budget estimates used by executives to plan, organize, and schedule work to be approved of the projects.
Providing training to fellow employees about project routines and implemented systems.
Create project schedules.
Maintain project budgets.
Schedule meetings.
Record important decisions made in meetings.
Prepare progress reports.
Create progress presentations for senior management.
Ensure that team members meet deadlines.
**Requirements**:
**Graduation**: A degree in business management, project management, or a related field / Bachelor of Science in Information Tecnhology or Engineering;
Advanced English;
Prior experience with SAP SD, ACM or TM.
