**In this role, you'll be responsible for assist to maintain the administration of each sale in the Brazil. From forecasting, configuration on several systems (Baan, SAP, Crane Order Board), revenue recognition follow up, monthly reporting, supporting regional sales managers, supporting dealer network.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Support to the Sales Managers and Dealer Network inquires.
- Configurations, Order Entry, Order docs check list, crane status updates, build plan meetings.
- Assist with consolidating market share globally.
- Assist with Strategic planning and business planning.
- Invoicing and pre-audit: DVP packing.
- Planning report, dealer network inventory trend.
- Regional Sales and Service Alignment Meetings. Creation of material, presentation & follow up.
- Documentation checklist, system updates, cross reference and double checking with peers and sales managers.
- Maintain Forecast updated: Orders, Sales Recommendation Forecast, Dealer stock.
**Job Requirements/Working Conditions**:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- English language and desirable Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required.
- This position will be located in a normal office - São Paulo/SP.
- Experience with SAP or any ERP system.
- Desired competences: Adaptability, Communication, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Learning, Contributing to Team Success, Customer Focus, Decision Making, Initiating Action and Planning and Organizing.
