**Job Title:** Business Growth Analyst III
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Growth Analyst III to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.
In this role, you will assist in maintaining the administration of each sale, including forecasting, configuration of various systems (Baan, SAP, Crane Order Board), revenue recognition follow up, monthly reporting, supporting regional sales managers, and supporting dealer network.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for consolidating market share globally, assisting with strategic planning and business planning, and invoicing and pre-audit processes.
You will also be required to maintain updated forecasts, including orders, sales recommendations, dealer stock, and participate in regional sales and service alignment meetings. Your responsibilities will include documentation checklist, system updates, cross-referencing, and double-checking with peers and sales managers.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and experience with SAP or any ERP system. Desired competences include adaptability, communication, continuous improvement, continuous learning, contributing to team success, customer focus, decision-making, initiating action, and planning and organizing.
