**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop positive relationships with ISPs, telecom, content owners and distributors, IT, data center, data transport and data security clients.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer networks and actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers, working closely with internal teams.
- Increase sales through effective funnel development, pipeline management, and successful deal closures.
