Job Title: Freelance Clinical Project Manager Vaccines LATAM We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager with expertise in vaccines and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing clinical projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to regulatory and GxP/GEP guidelines, as well as RA/MOH requirements across regions. Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, risks, resources, and milestones to achieve successful project delivery. Oversee budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change control to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness. Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration and accountability among team members. Communicate complex project requirements effectively to stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a clinical project manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (GxP/GEP), RA/MOH regulations, and protocol implementation across regions. Qualifications: Excellent project management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and strong communication skills.
