Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Project Manager - Vaccines to oversee cross-functional teams in LATAM, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing GxP/GEP protocols across regions. Key Responsibilities: Guarantee regulatory adherence by designing and implementing effective GxP/GEP strategies. Develop, execute, and close clinical projects within scope, time, and budget parameters. Oversight of budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change management. Led the collaboration of cross-functional teams to foster a culture of accountability and responsibility. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional clinical project management. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and protocol interpretation across regions. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects with risk, resource, and milestone management expertise. This role demands a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
