HPE Enablement Program Manager responsible for, mainly:
(1) Developing, deployment and maintenance of tools for supporting Enablement Programs
(2) Overseeing and managing sales training programs for the HPE Ecosystem across all Latin America Countries
Required knowledge:
(1) Data Analysis skills
(2) Program Management Skills
(3) Tools: Excel, SharePoint, Power Point, Outlook, MS Forms, MS Power BI, MS Power Apps and MS Power Automate. Including knowledge on: Intermediate Power Query M, Advanced DAX and Advanced Power FX.
(4) Full English Comprehension (writing, listening and talking)
Desired knowledge:
(1) If Brazilian - Spanish Comprehension (writing, listening and talking)
(2) If not Brazilian - Portuguese Comprehension (writing, listening and talking)
(3) Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator
(4) Brainshark
(5) UI/UX knowledge
(6) Intermediate (structured and semi-structured) database management and maintenance
(7) Knowledge in ELT (Extract Load Transform) process using Power BI Data Flows
(8) Advanced HTML and Intermediate CSS
(9) Advanced Markdown (Code Documentation)
(10) Intermediate SQL

Job Family Definition:_**
Responsible for overseeing and managing programs and projects related to training across the Learning Solution Lifecycle (LSL). Partners with L&D Business/Function, HRGO, Centers of Expertise, and/or other internal and external partners and stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning of training and related programs. Identifies requirements of training products and/or services, and manages the operational structure necessary to meet learning and development objectives. Plans and develops training programs and/or related operational systems and processes to meet target audience needs, and to ensure the quality of design and development of training and operations on behalf of the company. Develops and maintains client, partner, and stakeholder relationships through partnering, coaching, and facilitating to identify, prioritize, and implement development solutions, operational systems, and processes.

- Participates on global and cross-organizational teams on needs assessment, intervention selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions.
- Completes small to medium projects assigned.
- Manages the lifecycle of small to medium projects from development to implementation.
- Accountable for operational goals and the management of project level financial planning, budgeting, and tracking/reporting.
- Builds knowledge and provides input on area of expertise.
- Contributes to the introduction of new methods and processes for improving project operations.
- Aligns project priorities with business and L&D strategies under guidance from senior project managers.

Education and Experience Required:
- **
- First level university degree, advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Typically 1-3 years of experience.

- Good business and financial planning acumen.
- Good leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills.
