Job Description As a Solutions Engineer at our company, you'll bridge the gap between customer systems and our fulfillment technology. You'll work directly with clients and internal teams to design and implement integrations. You'll be responsible for: Designing and implementing integrations between customer ecommerce platforms and our systems (APIs, ERPs, OMS, WMS). Building tools, scripts, and internal dashboards to automate workflows. Troubleshooting complex data flows and API issues. Translating customer needs into scalable technical solutions. You'll be one of the key players ensuring our technology works seamlessly for customers who depend on us every day.Key Responsibilities Integration Leadership: Work with new and existing enterprise customers to design and deploy technical integrations. Technical Problem Solving: Investigate data sync issues, API errors, or inventory discrepancies — and drive them to resolution. Custom Tooling: Build small internal tools to make integrations faster and more reliable. Pre- and Post-Sales Technical Support: Partner with commercial and onboarding teams to ensure customers understand integration capabilities, timelines, and technical requirements. Documentation & Enablement: Create technical documentation, integration playbooks, and reusable templates to scale enterprise onboarding. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer feedback turns into product improvements. Requirements Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar technical role. Experience integrating with ecommerce or logistics platforms (Shopify, VTEX, Magento, ERP/OMS systems). Strong knowledge of APIs, authentication (OAuth, tokens), and web services. Ability to write clean, maintainable scripts or small web tools. Comfort working in a hybrid setup. Why You'll Love Working Here?
