The role reports to the Director of IT and is part of the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team. This is a full-time Manager of IT position focused on supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. Responsibilities Be the first line of support for employees, providing outstanding support via Slack, Jira and other tools. Proactively troubleshoot issues, manage Mac endpoints, and ensure macOS works in the enterprise environment. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for new employees and the return process for departing employees. Design, test, build and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Okta, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, GSuite, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management (MDM/EMM) tools; work with IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Write clear solution documentation, craft help articles, and automate repetitive tasks. Manage, respond to and resolve critical incidents to completion; prioritize help desk tickets and participate in project work using agile methods and Jira. Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite). Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building cross-system workflows; API familiarity to connect systems. Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware and handle customs. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly; strong writing skills for tickets, email and Slack. Strong security awareness and knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and OSI model troubleshooting; self-management and ability to scope projects across teams. Nice to Have / Culture Fit Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces. Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications; willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
