Information Technology Manager

OverviewWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, while also helping end users who are in need of help.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.This role reports to the Director of IT.About Ledn: Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, offering egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Our values are integrity, ownership, progress, and empathy.We aim to democratize access to the global economy through digital assets and Ledn's products and services.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer-facing, first-line IT support for employees via channels such as Slack and Jira; own the support experience and deliver outstanding service.Work in a Mac-centric environment; troubleshoot and make macOS work in the enterprise.Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding for new employees and retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build, document programs and policies; contribute improvements to existing knowledge and automation to reduce busywork.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management (MDM/EMM/Jamf).Own improvements to IDP and SSO tools (e.g., GSuite, Okta); integrate systems via APIs.Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate repetitive tasks.Manage incidents and issues to resolution; effectively prioritize help desk tickets and participate in projects over sprints using Jira and agile methods.Set personal objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring To Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.Experience with open-source tooling (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki).Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; strong API integration skills.Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with shipping and receiving hardware and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically across cultures.Security-minded mindset and basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs; OSI model troubleshooting).Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams; strong organizational and task-management skills.Nice To HavesSome familiarity with AWS; no certifications required, but some exposure is helpful.Experience with GAM and command-line interfaces to streamline tasks.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitWe're looking for a leader who thrives in a startup/tech environment and embodies our values: progress, adaptability, empathy, integrity, and accountability.A builder's mindset, ability to influence across functions, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth, fast-paced environment are important.A Taste Of What We ProvideComprehensive, best-in-class total rewards package starting on day one.Competitive PTO and ownership through equity; remote-friendly options worldwide for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A career with purpose in the digital economy and a remote-first culture.Inclusive, diverse workplace; Ledn is an equal opportunity employer.Accommodation requests during recruitment can be addressed confidentially at the Ledn team email.#J-*****-Ljbffr
