Global Compliance Investigations Evaluate, triage, and manage hotline and non-hotline compliance complaints; develop work plans for investigations. Lead and conduct internal investigations: document review, interviews, media research, email review, and analysis of evidentiary sources. Leverage external resources, including outside counsel, auditors, consultants, and vendors; document findings and memo final conclusions. Engage outside counsel and related stakeholders; prepare and present findings to disciplinary committees and senior leadership. Provide regular updates on investigations and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. Other Responsibilities Actively monitor compliance, anticorruption, and enforcement developments; draft summaries for external stakeholders. Analyze investigative trends and update relevant stakeholders in the region. Remain up-to-date on global compliance trends within the life sciences industry. What Makes You Stand Out Experience conducting and participating in investigative interviews or depositions. Detail oriented, ethically driven, and highly professional. Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills; mastery of grammar and style conventions. Draft investigation-related documents: interview memoranda, document review protocols, reports, and presentations. Strong organization and prioritization of multiple tasks. Self-motivated, self-starter; meet strict deadlines and time constraints. Leadership presence; manage people and projects effectively. Operate independently and work as part of a team; build cross-functional relationships. Effective communication to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the company. Excellent note-taking skills. Familiarity with forensic accounting, US GAAP, and payment systems (such as SAP) a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese language skills a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 5 years’ experience; strong preference for compliance and internal investigation experience, including FCPA-related investigations at multinational life sciences companies. Experience with investigations in the Latin America region highly preferred. Travel Requirements International travel required on an as needed basis.
