Junior Quality Analyst

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Junior Quality Analyst to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte office.
**About the role**:
- Prepare, monitor, and manage Technical Responsibility Annotations (ARTs) for projects;
- Develop and manage internal and external documents (procedures, instructions, forms, process maps, and project templates) to maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards;
- Plan and conduct training, education, and awareness activities to ensure proper dissemination and implementation of required team procedures for the QMS;
- Manage, control, and update the QMS document database;
- Monitor and update nonconformities, corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvement opportunities;
- Manage, control, and update the database of nonconformities, corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvement opportunities;
- Monitor and update quality plans and other necessary plans to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System;
- Participate in and support internal and external audits;
- Perform other activities related to the QMS as needed;
- Comply with company safety, health, quality, and environmental standards.
**About you**:
- Degree in Engineering, Quality, and/or Business Administration;
- Experience in implementing, maintaining, and/or certifying Quality Management Systems;
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards related to ISO 9001;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- English and Spanish are considered a plus.
