• Constant negotiation with new drivers and fleet companies and maintaining existing supplier for Ground Transport services in geo-assigned
• Negotiation of rates for ground transportation services
• Ensure availability and competitive prices for ground transportation services.
• Participate in market and competition researchCoordinate and resolve issues from supplier side notification, cancelations, and operational problems among others
• Analyze market trends for pricingProblem-solvingMake calls to the appropriate driver to assign a ride. Performing Last Minute assignment.
• Confirm the ride was done and apply the change in the system or ask the driver to do it.
• Contact Drivers for rates negotiation and onboardingAssisting with internal communications with CS, QA, and other departments
• Customer Service support.

3 years experience working in the Tourism & services sector, tourism product management.

3 years experience working in travel agencies, hotels or any tourism (required)

Knowledge of the for-hire vehicle industry.

• Operational skills
• Strategy implementation experience (required)
• Impeccable problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
