About the role: If you enjoy solving complex problems and turning customer pain points into solutions, join our Collection team as a Strategic Analyst. You will act as a bridge between customer needs and technical teams, translating challenges into actionable solutions without handling direct customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyze collection operations to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback to inform technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to implement solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs and suggest strategies to improve debt recovery.
  • Serve as a link between business needs, data insights, and technology.

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proactive with ownership mentality and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Enjoy investigating operational challenges and creating solutions.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to manage tactical tasks.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in debt recovery, collections, or related financial operations.
  • Technical curiosity and understanding of technical constraints.
  • Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools.
