About the role

Love solving complex problems and transforming customer pain points into real solutions? Join our Collection team as a Strategic Analyst and become the bridge between customer needs and technical innovation

You won't be handling direct customer service—instead, you'll be the key player translating customer challenges and demands into actionable solutions alongside our engineering team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on investigation, connecting dots, and driving direct business impact.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Investigate & Identify: Analyze collection operations to pinpoint friction points in the customer journey and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Translate Customer Voice: Collect, interpret, and prioritize customer feedback and demands, turning insights into clear technical requirements.
  • Bridge Teams: Work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to propose and implement the best solutions for collection challenges.
  • Drive Strategy: Monitor key performance indicators and suggest data-driven strategies to increase debt recovery rates.
  • Connect the Dots: Serve as the crucial link between business needs, data insights, and technology solutions.
What You\'ll Need To Succeed
  • Are Analytically Sharp: Have strong analytical skills to work with data and transform information into actionable insights.
  • Communicate & Collaborate Well: Excel at communication and thrive working in multidisciplinary teams with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Own & Improve: Have a proactive mindset with an ownership mentality and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Love Problem-Solving: Enjoy investigating complex operational challenges and finding creative solutions.
  • Think Strategically: Can see the big picture while managing tactical execution.
  • Advanced/fluent English for communication
Nice to Have
  • Collections Experience: Previous experience in debt recovery, collections, or related financial operations.
  • Technical Curiosity: Comfort working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
