Position Profile: You will build your sales pipeline and introduce and sell our full product line to customers and prospects. Your key responsibilities include cultivating new business opportunities, qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, and formulating potential solutions that align with client requirements. You will work independently and drive—often exceeding—sales goals and objectives. A comprehensive business plan will be maintained and updated regularly. Responsibilities Prospect for new business and upgrade existing client relationships Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities Conduct customer requirements analysis and identify pain points Communicate with technology partners and present solutions Prepare and update a detailed business plan and sales forecast Manage territory and track sales metrics, ensuring accurate orders and proposals Oversee the hand‑off of client accounts from sales to services Maintain industry and competitive knowledge, responding to RFQs and RFPs Participate in required training and compliance activities Qualifications Valid passport and fluent in English (Native language preferred) Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation Minimum five years of technology solutions sales experience, including at least eight of our solution categories Minimum five years of experience managing an open territory and driving new sales Senior leadership and C‑level relationship building experience Strong understanding of sales skills, complex solution selling and high sales volume achievement Four or more recent sales or technical certifications (business development/pre‑sales) Ability to work without direct supervision, and excellent written and verbal communication skills at the technical and professional level Professional, creative and dynamic presence Benefits Summary Competitive base salary with commission plans across solutions, services and products 401(k) plan with company matching Flexible schedule and optional remote work Comprehensive health, dental, vision and life insurance Health savings account and flexible spending account Paid time off, maternity/paternity/adoption leave, tuition reimbursement Employee retention programs and performance bonuses Non‑political promotion and recognition awards (family vacations, sporting events, unique gifts, etc.) Equal Opportunity Employer Omni Business Solutions is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
