About this Role:
  • Craft seamless move-in experiences for guests, encompassing entry methods, registrations, parking assignments, and requests.
  • Ensure timely receipt of all necessary paperwork prior to check-in and follow up with relevant parties accordingly.
  • Foster exceptional guest satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to expedite urgent maintenance issue resolution via organized work orders.
  • Optimize resource allocation by matching activities with suitable resources and grouping tasks for efficient issue resolution.
  • Analyze and validate reports sent from vendors post-move out, ensuring accuracy.
  • Communicate charges post-stay from our vendors clearly and transparently.
  • Prioritize timely issue resolution in line with internal Service Level Agreements.
  • Identify common pain points experienced by guests and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular feedback to Team Leaders and managers to address needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, operations or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of working experience with substantial operational exposure.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are crucial.
  • Hospitality and start-up experience is advantageous.
  • Prior customer-facing experience is beneficial.
