**Sua função**
The Regional C&R Business Process Owner will be responsible to manage C&R activities and projects for countries in LATAM region. Portfolio monitoring and data quality is key element of this function.
Roadmap for C&R processes
- Design and maintain functional roadmap;
- Incorporate local situation with central standardization;
- To-Be and Future state detailed process roadmap for each cluster;
- Align functional roadmap with technical/IT roadmap;
- Periodic review of policies and compliance against roadmap;
- Data Management: Monitor & report on process transformation roadmap;
- Represent and align with other process owners.
Documentation, Process and Control (RCF) Ownership:
- Represent Process view;
- Process documents - roadmaps;
- Process change:
- Authority to drive, implement and approve changes to defined process;
- Guard process effectiveness and efficiency;
- Create & maintain measurement/KPI/SLA framework;
- Ownership of (RCF) controls related to process.
Data management
- Make certain that CRC data are accurate;
- Make certain that Forbearance data are accurate;
- Execute powerful data mining and analysis within the Regional data and earmark vulnerable pockets of concern;
- Create awareness via local training to help identify and correct data quality issues.
Change Management
- Initiate and contribute to realize embedded process change in countries;
- Ensure detailed work-out with counties on implementation of Future state;
- Support and align new process launch for the cluster countries;
- Manage regional process changes for any improvement projects, incl. links to other company-wide initiatives;
- Manage and control country level change in process, reporting, etc.
- Organize community and communication with local country process members for alignment.
Business as Usual
- Governance: bi-weekly meetings/calls with Global Process Coordinator and the other Regional BPO's;
- Monitor monthly process performance against KPIs / SLAs, steering on progress and achieving results;
- Visits to their regional countries.
