Overview LEDN is a global financial services company that builds digital‑asset products such as lending, savings, and trading. Our team is driven by integrity, passion for progress, and empathy for clients worldwide. Responsibilities Provide first‑line support to employees via Slack, Jira, and other enterprise tools. Procure, deliver, and manage technology equipment and onboarding for new employees. Design, build, test, document, and maintain programs and tools for Mac and mobile device management. Automate recurring tasks and create scripts in bash, zsh, python, and other languages. Manage SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, and Netsuite. Support and manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools such as MDM, EMM, and Jamf. Improve IDP and SSO tools, create help articles, and contribute to knowledge base. Prioritize and resolve help desk tickets and critical incidents. Work on projects using agile methods and sprints; track work in Jira. Qualifications 7+ years of SaaS systems administration experience (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Proficiency with bash, zsh, python, and open‑source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki. Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating Okta workflows; API knowledge and ability to inter‑connect systems. Remote support experience across multiple time zones and familiarity with shipping hardware and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, task‑management, and decision‑making skills. Security awareness; familiarity with PGP and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching). Nice to Haves Familiarity with AWS environments. Experience with GAM and command‑line interfaces. Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.
