Sweden needs skilled engineers. The country is projecting about 30,000 engineers by 2030, and currently there are ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team and Swedish delivery management to support relocation.

Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage engineers suitable for relocation to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust to facilitate the move.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Coordinate with clients across sectors including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with international colleagues.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new life in Sweden.
Required competence (documented in CV)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A solid, proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, capable of identifying and closing a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, social, friendly, outgoing, and highly self-motivated.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue pursuing outcomes.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration
  • Start ASAP. Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur (minimum 12 months).
  • Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Includes paid national holidays and 20 vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
