Overview

Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope. Start ASAP. Full time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates during relocation decisions.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden.
  • Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements).
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities in alignment with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.
  • Support engineers and their families throughout the relocation process to Sweden.
  • Contribute to a team culture characterized by joy, trust, and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, and self-motivated; capable of handling rejection and remaining persistent.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with professional appearance.
  • Ability to work with a global team and adapt to cross-cultural environments.
  • Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
