Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support key business processes and drive strategic initiatives. As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR services, including talent management, onboarding, and internal communications.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and accuracy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective HR solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Internal Communications: Create and disseminate engaging communications to promote HR initiatives and reinforce company culture
  • Fleet and Fuel Management: Analyze and optimize fleet operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • HR Contracts Management: Negotiate and manage contracts for interns and apprentices

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities with Agility, Accuracy, and Attention to Detail
  • Experience in Talent Management Processes (Performance, Career Development)
  • Strong Analytical Mindset with Ability to Create and Manage HR Dashboards and KPIs
  • Proficiency in HR Systems and Excel

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Related Field
  • 3-5 Years of Progressive Experience in Human Resources, Preferably with Exposure to Talent Management and Employee Engagement
