Merchant Product Operation Manager

- Responsible for the merchant-related product tools operations, including demand collection, feature planning, industry benchmark analysis, identify key bottlenecks or opportunities, drive product development or iteration, and boost merchant operational and managerial efficiency.
- Oversee the product project workflow, liaise with sales, product, tech teams and other related departments to develop or improve product features, helping to achieve business objectives more efficiently.
- Lead product feature training and promotion, develop a comprehensive product training guide, and support the sales team in mastering product usage.
Job requirements
- Have 2-3 years of experience in product/production operations, preference given to those with experience in merchant-side product operations.
- Possess strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills, able to achieve win-win cooperation with different business departments through resource integration.
- English can be used as a working language, with strong communication and documentation skills.
