Merchant Product Operation Manager

Atividades:
Responsible for the merchant-related product tools operations, including but not limited to demand collection, feature planning, industry benchmark analysis, identify key bottlenecks or opportunities, drive product development or iteration, and boost merchant operational and managerial efficiency.

Oversee the product project workflow, liaise with sales, product, tech teams and other related departments to develop or improve product features, helping to achieve business objectives more efficiently.
3.
Lead product feature training and promotion, develop a comprehensive product training guide, and support the sales team in mastering product usage.
Job requirements:1.
Have 2-3 years of experience in product/production operations, preference given to those with experience in merchant-side product operations.
2.
Possess strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills, able to achieve win-win cooperation with different business departments through resource integration.
3.
English can be used as a working language, with strong communication and documentation skills.
Job highlights:1.
Start-up business, being able to participate in the early planning and design of the business and the landing of key projects.
2.
Offshore teams, the ability to work with members from 26 countries and experience a diverse work environment.
The following are preferred:1.
Proficiency in English/Portuguese.
2.
Proficient in SQL analysis.
