Base Station Monitoring Expert We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the operation of base stations and ensure seamless communication systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Monitoring system performance and identifying anomalies in accordance with standard operating procedures. Conducting regular inspections of base stations using automated tools to detect faults and address issues promptly. Providing technical support to specialists and users within a timely manner. Requirements: A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, after-sales, or technical support roles. Excellent English language skills, both reading and writing. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications. Preferably, experience in software operations and maintenance. Key Responsibilities and Skills: Effective monitoring and troubleshooting of system issues. Proactive identification and resolution of potential problems. Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
