Purpose of the role As OTC Innovation Lead for LATAM , you will lead the development and execution of breakthrough strategies that bring new products to life across multiple markets. This is a high‑impact role where creativity meets business acumen, influencing cross‑functional teams and delivering growth for iconic brands.
