Health Analytics and Innovation Manager

As part of an industry-leading team, you will lead the planning, development, and implementation of key digital, analytics and innovation projects across Latin America for the Health Solutions Line of business, working closely with different countries and coordinating initiatives with local teams and our global Aon Business Services organization to improve the quality of our delivery to corporate clients and strengthen our value proposition through the use of Data & Analytics. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Advisory & Specialty for Latin America.

The Director of Health Analytics & Innovation Latam is responsible for defining, planning, developing, and implementing digital transformation & innovation projects, analytical and health consulting solutions to support Aon’s corporate clients needs and growth opportunities.

Reporting into the regional Head of Advisory & Specialty (Latam), the incumbent will also partner with the Aon Center of Innovation & Analytics, geography clusters within region, local champions and technology resources in each sub-region and country.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead high performance multicultural teams across the region in the planning, development and sustainability new analytical solutions and health products;
- Strengthen the health analytics strategy to expand the value and the impact of Data in the business;
- Foster the digital transformation for health and wellbeing, through identification of local needs, and working in synchrony with centers of expertise bringing best global practices and maintaining regional consistency in client deliverables;
- Design strategies that foster innovation in Health Solutions Latam within Aon, training and empowering local teams to be updated on most recent trends that can impact our business;
- Support the business as usual of major analytical products & solutions implemented in the region, while expanding their scope and maximizing their impact.
**Experience & Competencies**:

- Business acumen that supports the ability to prioritize what is most impactful for Aon and its clients;
- Financial experience to develop and support business cases related to new projects and initiatives;
- Ability to think strategically and manage/coordinate multiple projects at the same time;
- Ability to build and work across inclusive and diverse teams and to communicate with individuals across countries and sub-regions;
- Knowledge in insurance is fundamental;
- Experience with Data science field (Experience with R, Python or similar is a plus);
- Experience with Data Base design, query building. (SQL, Impala);
- Experience with ETL designing skills (Alteryx, Trifacta, Streamsets);
- Experience with Data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView);
- Experience with Knowledge of cloud and big data technologies is a plus;
- Experience with Project Management Skills;
- Experience leading complex IT and/or analytical projects in one or multiple geographies is a plus;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (a must), Spanish (desired).
