Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry

Sweden needs skilled engineers, with about 30,000 required by 2030. We currently have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.

As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers ready to move to Sweden. Your job will be to inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.

You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden. We also have a Swedish delivery management team that handles practical matters related to relocation.

We provide a comprehensive support package, including visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangement, and more.

Our clients are primarily in the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and application development. You will work with colleagues from various countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.

Required competence:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Service-oriented with a flexible mindset.
  • High-quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding of headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods.
  • Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-confident, social, friendly, and outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work.
  • Responsive and responsible with an appropriate appearance.

Extent & Duration: Start ASAP, full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur for at least 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime compensation.

Location: Working from home or a co-location center of your choice. Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes, with free national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travels, housing, and per diem.
