The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats — supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. This role reports to the Director of IT. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. You should be a strong communicator, fast learner, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, execution-oriented environment. This role is customer-facing and involves owning the support experience for employees via tools like Slack and Jira. You will manage procurement, onboarding and offboarding of technology, and contribute to the development and documentation of programs, policies and automation to improve efficiency. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite) Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc. Experience with open source tooling (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki) SSO integration experience (e.g., Okta) and API-based system integrations Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts clearly Security-minded with basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching) and OSI model troubleshooting Self-management skills with the ability to scope projects and work across multiple teams Experience in a remote environment and a builder’s mindset to create, iterate and scale IT practices Nice to Have: Some familiarity with AWS, GAM/command-line tooling, and certifications (Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace).
