Responsibilities Serve as the Manager of IT within the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team, reporting to the Director of IT. Provide end-user support and be the first line of assistance via tools like Slack and Jira. Manage Mac end-user devices and enterprise MacOS environments, including procurement, onboarding, and retrieval of equipment. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base. Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/mobile device management (MDM/EMM). Contribute to identity and access management solutions, security controls, and SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta). Set and track objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with team and company goals; manage projects across sprints using agile methods. Lead critical incident response and remediation, prioritizing and documenting outcomes; handle multi-country support and time zones. Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR, and other teams to design IT processes that scale with the business. Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; strong API integration skills. Proven remote support experience across multiple countries and time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping and customs. Exceptional communication skills; clear, friendly writing and ability to de-escalate frustrated users. Strong troubleshooting skills across networks and systems; understanding of OSI model and networking fundamentals. Self-management, ability to scope projects, and collaborate across teams in a fast-moving environment. Nice-to-Haves Some familiarity with AWS and related cloud services. Experience with GAM, command-line interfaces, and certifications (Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace).
