**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Manage offline brand enforcement operations;
- Manage legal proceedings (administrative, criminal and civil);
- Draft and negotiate legal documents (e.g. C&D letters, summons, settlement agreements);
- Organize IP trainings for enforcement authorities (e.g. Customs, Police);
- Manage parallel import cases;
- Provide IP advice to operational teams;
- Involvement in public policy improvement with public authorities and industry associations;
- Manage a network of outside counsel (attorneys, investigators) and relations with enforcement
- authorities;
- Budget management;
- Internal and external reporting.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Higher education degree in IP law (Master, Specialized Master, LLM );
- At least 3 years of professional IP experience in a law firm and/or multinational company;
- Operational anti-counterfeiting experience;
- At ease in an international and multi-brand environment (international profiles appreciated);
- Management experience with paralegals is a plus;
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus;
- Passion for IP, team player, versatile, open-minded and autonomous.
