We are seeking a dynamic, tech-proficient, and motivated Marcom Specialist to join our client's internal Marcom team.
In this role, you will be a key member of the team that writes and produces content for internal marketing and campaigns.
Working with two other specialists to create a cohesive and meaningful experience for our client's subscriber base, this role is responsible for assisting with strategy for upcoming projects, copywriting/editing, helping to create meaningful content for sales enablement and work with the PM and leadership to support goals for the team.
Creativity and the ability to generate ideas for new content and ways to engage readers is imperative. As is the ability to produce high-quality and high-impact work. The role requires a lot of flexibility and responsiveness but also allows for having fun along the way This is a fast-paced team with a variety of projects from writing to video creation to planning marketing campaigns.

- A skilled writer who can work consistently and with ease
- Adept at writing and generating ideas for sales enablement content
- Skilled at working with key stakeholders and understanding the scope of concepts across the technology portfolio
- Organized and mindful with timelines
- Flexible and ready for a fast-paced atmosphere
- Able to ask questions and vet information to create content that is valuable
What your daily responsibilities will look like:
- Manage and curate content for requests
- Manage, update, and secure approvals for your workflow w/in Jira
- Work with internal teams to communicate and align messaging and strategies for releases
- Stay up to date on what is coming across various platforms
- Serve as a leader and provide feedback and suggestions for new projects
- Work collaboratively to problem solve with the team so the team can produce high quality sales enablement and marketing content.
