The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.Our goal is to generate millions of monthly visitors organically within two years' time.We are seeking a forward-facing & true Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication with the following skills:
Effectively analyze AnalyticsStrong hands-on expertise in at least 3 digital marketing channelsAbility to create compelling and engaging copy for marketing campaignsIncrease the brand awareness, engagement, and conversionsCreate and implement an effective strategy to target recruiters to post jobs & candidates to apply to jobsEffective use of AI to streamline tasks and improve results The Goals for this position are to achieve the following:
Generate 100 job postings monthly, listed on the site within 2 months500 job postings monthly listed within 6 months1000 job postings monthly listed within 12 monthsThe majority of jobs should get their first applicant within 1 business dayRequired Skills:
Excellent English speaking and writing skillsStrong copywriting skills7+ years of digital marketing experience and expertise in at least 3 online marketing channelsProven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing resultsProven ability to lead and grow marketing teamsProven track record of growing brands online, by showcasing previous resultsIdeation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are metOysterLink offers competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities AND company shares for all team members.This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US.
