**SAP iXp Intern - SAP Globalization - User Assistance Developer (Technical Writer)**
**What you'll do**:As a User Assistance Developer (Technical Writer) Intern, you'll be required to help the team with specific tasks and later carry some of them out on your own with supervision.
These are some of the tasks that you will be expected to perform:
- Editing user interface texts to ensure usability and people-centricity.
- Reviewing and editing content created by the development team.
- Writing documentation that consultants use to understand, implement, and run the software.
- Providing additional kinds of information that support the documentation, such as short videos or blog posts, as required.
**What you bring**:We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. Who likes to work on meaningful, innovative projects and is energized by lifelong learning.
These are the skills and competencies that we are looking for:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- University student enrolled in languages, IT, business, communication, or humanities (from the 2nd semester or to graduate in approximately 24 months).
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable and clear manner.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage your time on different assignments.
- Ability to work with diverse teams.
**Meet your team**:The SAP Globalization User Assistance team is a truly global team with colleagues located all over the world. You will be able to work and interact with colleagues from China, India, Germany, Brazil, the Czech Republic, and other countries. We also have very diverse backgrounds ranging from Languages, Law, and International Relations to Archeology. Our team really values this diversity and makes the most of it to deliver high-quality content to our customers around the globe. We're also exploring the use of AI to enhance the content we deliver and improve the way we perform our daily tasks.
