Join us, and you will be part of a team of over 1,000 people worldwide that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.What We are looking forAs a TechOps Specialist, you'll tackle challenging problems, monitor live production systems, and ensure smooth platform operations. Your role includes investigating incidents, escalating issues, and working with development teams to resolve problems quickly. You'll use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Kibana), and Octopus Deploy to monitor, troubleshoot, and manage IT operations and deployments. Additionally, you'll document processes and build a knowledge base to improve efficiency. Be ready to adapt, collaborate, and solve real-world issues in a fast-paced environment.What you will work onProvide 1st level technical support to respond, investigate and resolve escalated incidents and service requests through the internal Service Management systemDirect escalation to internal support teams in cases that a resolution is not immediately possible and following up incidents through resolutionPerform incident management process taking any necessary steps to restore service and return the platform to normal operations as quickly as possible (Atlassian Jira ITSM)Proactive monitoring of live production environment and event management based on internal dashboards and application health alerts generated by monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)Subsequent testing conduction to detect and confirm application defects and external service providers issues, following up with the relevant stakeholdersCooperate with developer teams, providing 1st level real time production logs investigation and retrieval (ELK Stack - Kibana)Perform IT operations procedures in the production environment (Octopus Deploy)Perform release deployment operations in the production environment (Octopus Deploy)Hands-on handling and troubleshooting of a wide variety of support mattersBuild internal knowledge base and document articles to improve internal incident management processSpeedily interpret and analyze data from various sources in a fast-moving and changing environmentWhat you bringBSc or Academy degree in Information Technology or related fieldAt lease 1-2 years of experience in a production support environmentPrior experience in iGaming industry will be considered an assetITIL Foundation certified or equivalent experience working in an organization adopting ITIL best practices will be a strong assetExperience working in an organization adopting Incident Management and IT operations best practices will be a strong assetMicrosoft certifications would be considered as an asset in this areaNice to have experience with monitoring tools and applications such as Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, PRTG, Nagios and KibanaNice to have experience with ITSM tools like Atlassian Jira, Confluence and OpsgenieWillingness to work both day and night shifts in a rotationExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to efficiently solve problems and attention to detailWhat we offerWe truly value our people at Novibet Within our vibrant, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, we encourage everyone to reach their full potential while enjoying every step of the journey.
