We are searching dynamic and results-driven Junior Manager with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence. Demonstrates a solid foundation in process, project management and digital transformation, with a focus on driving efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting AI transformation initiatives, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing SCM/Sales/Marketing driven processes. Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead and Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI implementation projects across the company to improve internal KPI´s by each area. Monitor and support system workflows to ensure smooth project management execution (planning, process mapping, development and implementation). Propose innovative solutions and best practices for Sales/Marketing/SCM areas Collaborate with data scientists, IT, and operations teams to identify SCM/Sales/Marketing challenges that can be solved with AI. Help assess and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, or vendors aligned with business needs. Support in data preparation, cleansing, and governance to ensure quality inputs for AI/ML models. Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables using agile or waterfall methodologies. Contribute to change management, including user training, documentation, and adoption strategies. Monitor pre and post-implementation performance metrics to validate ROI and continuous improvement. Background & Experience Bachelor:
Bachelor of Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Administration. Microsoft Office Advanced Expertise in Asana Project Management, ChatGPT is a plus. Language:
