**Do you enjoy being part of a successful team?****Would you like the opportunity to develop your career with a global energy company?****Join us and help us take energy forward****Partner with the best****As a **Regional Sales Manager - Brazil**, you will be responsible for**:- Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects- Handles standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.- Contributes to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.- Handles diverse clients in a region.- Leads a department with medium-sized estimated orders.- Handles local focus on Small-Medium size territory- Handles direct sales with determined key accounts- Manages Channel Partners structure for a win strategy on the region- Available to travel 40-60% work time**To be successful in this role you will have**:**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.- Demonstrate experience in Sales.- Being able to speak fluently Portuguese and English.- Experience with Process Industry (Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Refinery, Steel, Chemical, Food and Cellulose and Paper) and Engineering Companies (EPCs).**Desired Characteristics**- Previous knowledge and experience with flowmeters- Experience with process analyzers (gases and liquids) Companies (EPCs).- Good oral and written communication skills.- Being able to demonstrate good interpersonal and leadership skills.- Being able to influence others and lead small teams.- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.- Being able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.- Effective problem identification and solution skills.- Proven analytical and organizational ability.- Spanish Intermediate.**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
