**What will be your Main Responsibility?**
- Influences across various functional groups at very senior levels to bring customer insight, category and competitive intelligence to the sales plan.
- Enable RTM digitalization strategy through assessment of customers, channel position and strategies, ensuring they are connected with Mars strategic goals.
- Lead Sales Communication and Capability team to understand opportunities and leverage information to assess and prioritize focus areas.
- Acts as steward of Sales Effectiveness, allocating both funds and people to priority projects, and keeps Customer Leadership Team abreast of progress and impacts to plan.
- Establishes the ground rules for the collaborative relationship between Sales Field and Back Office such as business goals, assignment of roles, responsibilities, checkpoints and escalation procedures.
- Leads the improvement of sales planning techniques to drive customer service improvements monitoring risks for stock-outs as over stock and customer prioritization
- This role has a high impact on sales organization and a high impact on the company, manage more than the biggest overheads budget for Pet Nutrition budget on top of spot projects
- This role is a Senior Manager; with 3 managers and 10 indirect reports
- Constant interfaces with customers / other units and segments / partners at the regional or headquarter level;

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management, engineering or Marketing required. Advanced degree desirable
- Fluent English
- Business Analytics experience preferably in Sales, Category Management, Operations, and/or Finance
- Ability to describe CPG business scenarios in quantitative terms and define relevant performance metrics
- Functional knowledge of analytics software (Excel Power Query, Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview).
- Conceptual understanding of data architectures, including data capture, storage, mapping, reporting.
- Ability to manage projects independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively with both business users and technical staff
- Quantifiable success developing strong relationships both internally (cross-functionally) and externally with top customers/channels
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with both external and internal customers
- Strong understanding of financials as it relates to client account management
- Exceptional leadership, communication and presentation skills - downstream, peer to peer and with customers
- Demonstrated ability to re-engineer processes and performed change management to ensure adoption
- Merchandising understanding and previous experience managing front end category across customers/channels
- Have influenced senior associates to adopt a significant recommendation
- Demonstrated ability to manage and build a High Performance team
- Demonstrated ability to manage major projects, and brought significant change to the business using effective business change methodology
