StautRH and Kestria Brasil - EXECUTIVE SEARCH DIVISIONIn partnership with a multinational company located in the metropolitan region of Campinas, we are seeking a Sales Manager responsible for commercial activities aligned with the company's strategic plan and for increasing its market share of products.Requirements:A university degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience; degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are preferred.Experience in Industrial B2B Sales or Marketing is required; proficiency in quality, customer service, and manufacturing processes is a plus.Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members and manufacturer representatives.Accountability for achieving goals and maintaining standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentations.Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.High ethical standards and integrity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools (Oracle, Salesforce).Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across all organizational levels, including with suppliers and external customers.Responsibilities:Achieve booking goals for the assigned territory.Communicate market trends, competitive information, new opportunities, and customer feedback to management.Engage with customers to maximize product utilization and efficiency.Manage and execute sales strategies within the territory.Conduct sales calls and presentations to facilitate customer decision-making.Guide the team to develop and implement insightful, action-oriented business plans using marketing and financial tools for growth and differentiation.Leverage the current product portfolio aligned with segment and business strategies to drive growth.Develop revenue growth strategies, including product positioning, market and competitive analysis, segmentation, and penetration.Implement pricing strategies consistent with product positioning.Extensive travel within Brazil and occasional international travel are required.#J-*****-Ljbffr
