Overview

Sales Development Representative who will generate high quality leads and work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further conversion. This role focuses on outreach and lead qualification to support the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect potential new customers on social media platforms like LinkedIn using sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Reev, Meetime, Snov.io, HVS Salesforce, Hubspot;
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages;
  • Schedule meetings with potential customers for 4flow Directors and VPs (main KPI);
  • Update CRM with contacts prospected, completed activities, and manage the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Graduated in Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
  • Previous experience as an SDR is mandatory;
  • Fluent/Advanced English skills in writing and speaking;
  • Detail-oriented and organized individual with a focus on detailed processes;
  • Ability to engage with customers (Managers/ C-level) using assertive communication;
  • Excel and PowerPoint knowledge;
  • Fluent/Advanced German or French skills in writing and speaking are advantageous but not mandatory;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas office.
