Sales Development Representative

Overview Sales Development Representative who will generate high quality leads and work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further conversion. This role focuses on outreach and lead qualification to support the sales pipeline. Responsibilities Prospect potential new customers on social media platforms like LinkedIn using sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Reev, Meetime, Snov.io, HVS Salesforce, Hubspot; Reach out to potential customers via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages; Schedule meetings with potential customers for 4flow Directors and VPs (main KPI); Update CRM with contacts prospected, completed activities, and manage the sales pipeline. Qualifications Graduated in Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields; Previous experience as an SDR is mandatory; Fluent/Advanced English skills in writing and speaking; Detail-oriented and organized individual with a focus on detailed processes; Ability to engage with customers (Managers/ C-level) using assertive communication; Excel and PowerPoint knowledge; Fluent/Advanced German or French skills in writing and speaking are advantageous but not mandatory; Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas office.
