Role Overview The Sales Development Manager – LATAM is a dual-role position combining leadership and individual contribution. You will lead a regional SDR team while driving outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for strategic accounts. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader with expertise in B2B tech or IoT sales development, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Execution: Drive outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, and meet KPIs for outreach and pipeline development. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage SDRs across LATAM; implement coaching programs and monitor performance. Pipeline Development: Oversee SDR workflows, optimize lead quality, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events. Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as liaison between field sales, marketing, and global operations; ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or equivalent), track KPIs, and deliver performance insights. Customer Engagement: Serve as escalation point for key accounts and foster long-term relationships. Continuous Improvement: Analyze metrics, recommend process enhancements, and drive operational excellence. Qualifications Experience: 4+ years in SDR/BDR roles, including 1–2 years in leadership. Outbound Sales Success: Proven outbound sales success in B2B tech, SaaS, or IoT. Skills: Strong organizational and coaching abilities; proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms (Salesloft, Outreach). Mindset: Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with adaptability to fast-paced environments. Languages: Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Customer-Centric: Ability to align solutions with customer business goals. Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays; on-call availability for escalations.
