Our mission is to create a more productive, sustainable, and climate‑resilient future in agriculture. Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid position for a Key Account Sales Manager. The Key Account Sales Manager will manage relationships with critical clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships. Daily responsibilities will include securing new business, developing sales strategies, and building strong connections with key accounts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining a customer‑centric approach to achieve business goals. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Key Account Management to drive results, negotiate strategic deals, and achieve revenue objectives. Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build trust, enhance client relationships, and effectively convey solutions. Expertise in Account Management to oversee client portfolios, analyze their needs, and ensure overall satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Familiarity with the agriculture or sustainability sectors is required. Fluency in Portuguese and strong English and Spanish skills (written and verbal).
