A LHH está recrutando um Treasury Operations (Middle Office) Manager para atuar em um Banco Internacional.


Quais serão as responsabilidades?


Responsabilidade na definição de processos de produtos de tesouraria no aspecto operacional regulatório e de controles;

Viabilizar o fluxo operacional das necessidades da área de Tesouraria com a Area de Back office nas implementações, variações de produtos e mudanças regulatórias de produtos de Tesouraria;

Documento de Formalização de operações – contratos;

Fluxo de sistemas de processamento – Front to Back;

Interação com as áreas de Risco, FP&A, PC, IT, Compliance, IC e outras. Tanto local como off-shore;

Impactos regulatórios dos produtos.


Quais são as qualificações?


Inglês fluente;

Conhecimento/experiência em Instituições Financeiras;

Experiência em áreas de processamento de produtos de Tesouraria principalmente, Derivativos e Títulos de Renda Fixa;

Conhecimentos na apuração de PnL e mensuração de riscos de mercado;

Conhecimentos de Matemática Financeira, Derivativos de balcão.


Formação


Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, matemática ou áreas afins.
