Job Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive engineer to manage, secure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment and Identity & Access Management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365 services, Azure Active Directory, and IAM tools. Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features (DLP, ATP, Conditional Access, etc.). Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues. Identity & Access Management (IAM): Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies. Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem applications. Manage lifecycle of user identities and access rights across systems. Security & Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to enforce identity governance and data protection policies. Respond to security incidents related to identity and access. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in M365 administration and IAM. Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and M365 security features. Experience with IAM tools. Benefits Pathways for career development.
