Job Opportunity: Seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 and Identity Management Engineer to lead our company's cloud computing environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented engineer with a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and securing our Microsoft 365 environment and Identity & Access Management systems. You will work closely with our IT department to ensure seamless access to enterprise resources, implement robust security measures, and maintain optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance features (DLP, ATP, Conditional Access) Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem applications Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and IAM Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 security features Experience with IAM tools Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Benefits: Pathways for career development Work with colleagues and clients around the world on interesting and challenging work Continuous development is supported through global learning opportunities from our academy Making an impact - helping us to make the world a simpler place to do business for our clients A supportive environment - strong feedback culture to help build an engaging workplace Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Keyword: Security
