**Overall Objective/Job Purpose**
- We are looking for experienced Project Manager who will support and help us grow our presence in one of the most important operator in Brazil. The major challenge is to transform the current independent OTN/DWDM/IP networks in a more efficient Architecture, where new concepts such as Network automation, Orchestration, and Convergence are considered. In this role, the Project Manager will be leading multi technologies/BDs projects of different nature among IP and Optical or even a mixed of all those technologies. He aims the responsibility to manage successfully the implementation of the project, on time, on scope, on budget as
- **defined in approved P&L,** improving profitability, ensuring Quality execution and customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, he need to be able to provide the appropriated governance for the project in order to assure the strategies and customer expectation.
- He will be the single Nokia NI interface for the Customer, by providing the end to end project/program management. Internally he will interface with different people as, sales, financial, logistics and all supported areas. Even being Portuguese as native language, fluent English is extremely required and Spanish is desired.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Project planning and scheduling
- Project Delivery for both product and services to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Customer Communication and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manages financial and Project Performance
- Customer Contract Execution according to contract T&C.
- Change Management
- Risk Management
- Responsible for Project Closure and handover
- Customer Delivery Manager direct report
**Your skills and experience**
- Telecommunications, Electric Engineering or Business Administration with related full experience in similar position.
- 5 years´ Experience Project Manager
- Expertise in multi technologies/BDs projects of different nature among IP and Optical or even a mixed of all those technologies.
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in financial control, change Management, risk Management
