Johnson and Johnson is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Privileged Access Management (PAM) based in the J&J Security Center, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the PAM vision, strategy and roadmap and contribute to work withing a squad of engineers implementing solutions that improve enterprise security posture
- Help squad members to problem-solve technical challenges and to improve delivery efficiency and increase throughput
- Support the product owner and your manager by continued communication of a shared technical and architectural vision to ensure solution is fit-for-purpose
- Be accountable for delivering on tasks, ensuring they are of high quality, well-tested and documented, easy to maintain and standards-compliant
- Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end user experience, system quality and time-to-market
- Maximise use of existing technologies in new areas of applicability and use a thorough familiarity with current vendor offerings and capabilities to influence the PAM Product Roadmap
- Collaborate with other engineering colleagues through consultation in techniques and processes
**Qualifications - Required**:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of broad Information Technology experience at an Enterprise Scale
- 2+ years' experience in Information Security with significant experience of implementing and supporting leading IAM or PAM technologies
- Experience engineering infrastructure traditional, virtual, or Cloud-deployed and/or Cloud-Native solutions
- Good communication skills and proficiency in developing effective partnerships and relationships with peers
**Qualifications - Preferred**:
- Experience of deploying and supporting BeyondTrust PAM products (PRA, Password Safe, Hashicorp Vault)
- Some experience in large projects, balancing multiple priorities and delivering results.
- Certifications in cybersecurity or IAM (e.g. CISM, CISSP, etc.)
- Relevant PAM vendor certifications

- Good interpersonal communication skills with spoken and written English, **required**:
- Able to work with virtual and global multi-functional teams with the flexibility to work with team members in different time zones
