Job Title: Complaint Vigilance Supervisor

The Complaint Vigilance Supervisor oversees the complaint management process, including receipt, assessment, and coordination of product quality complaints. This role ensures investigations are thorough and timely, prepares reports and presentations for stakeholders, and evaluates complaints in alignment with the product quality complaint program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the analyst team in executing the complaint management process.
  • Ensure investigations adhere to procedural requirements, are complete, and closed in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate complaints in accordance with the product quality complaint program.
  • Conduct periodic product complaint trend analysis and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations as per established procedures.
  • Lead projects within the department and facilitate effective communication with management.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and complaint management in pharmaceutical, medical device, nutritional, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, including v-lookup, h-lookup, macros, and pivot tables.
