Key Responsibilities:

- Support MedTech LATAM product complaints processes in accordance with quality systems, standard operating procedures, regulations, and quality standards.">
- Execute product complaint intake, including translation of event descriptions as needed, ensuring availability of information to franchises in applicable systems.">
- Send acknowledgment letters to sales forces confirming complaint receipt and reference numbers.">
- Prepare and send complaints closure letters to sales forces in local languages when applicable.">
- Support training activities for sales forces related to product complaint processes.">
- Support internal and external audits in preparation of product complaint information.">
- ">
- Bachelor's degree in biosciences, engineering, or equivalent fields, or health-related disciplines.">
- At least 1 year of experience in quality-related roles.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).">
- Core competencies include attention to detail, communication skills, organizational skills, analytical skills, team collaboration, continuous improvement mindset, and problem-solving skills.">
As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking product complaint intake processes effectively. You must have strong analytical capabilities to understand and prepare relevant product complaint information. In addition, you should possess excellent communication skills to effectively draft acknowledgment and closure letters in the local language.
