Job Role

As a complaint resolution expert, you will be responsible for effectively managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, gathering all necessary information and documenting attempts to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address adverse events, handling sensitive conversations with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Support complex complaints that are escalated, serving as an expert for designated products within the team.
  • Make informed decisions regarding replacements, credits, or warranty claims, notifying relevant stakeholders and coordinating logistics for complaint samples.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a call center, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently.
  • High-quality customer service skills, with ability to express ideas clearly in written and oral communications.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biological, or device-related products, computer skills, and ability to navigate software systems.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
